When the Part of You That Was Left Alone Is No Longer Alone

She came to see me because she felt constantly tense.

Those inner tensions had been there for a long time, but they were now beginning to express themselves physically. She felt it was time to do some deeper work on herself.

Very quickly, I noticed how strongly she relied on her mind. Even when I asked her what she was feeling, her answers seemed to come more from thinking than sensing.

As we continued, she spoke about her family and the sadness she carried around it. She told me she had been very depressed when she was young.
She had also spent much of her childhood alone.

Rather than analysing her past further, we began by helping her reconnect with her body and create more harmony between body and mind.

We also worked with acceptance.
Not pretending that what had happened didn’t matter, but recognising that the past could no longer be changed.

Through a particular breathing practice, I helped her reconnect with qualities and inner resources she did not always recognise in herself. As she breathed out, I invited her to imagine those qualities feeding her inner fire beneath her ribs.

We also worked energetically, as well as with sound and music.
Her body responded strongly.

She felt something release around her solar plexus, as though a space was opening inside her.
And from there, the session took us much further back.

THE BABY SHE HAD ONCE BEEN

The work brought us to the two-week-old baby she had been.
We were not looking for a conscious memory from that age, but working with the emotional and energetic imprint that emerged during the session.

In an inner journey, the adult woman went to meet that tiny baby.
This time, the baby was not alone.

She protected her.
She told her:

“I am here. I won’t leave you.
You are not alone anymore.”

And she brought her back with her.
What followed was a powerful feeling of relief and release, as though something inside her had become more complete.

SOMETHING CHANGED IN HER RELATIONSHIPS

The shift did not remain within the session.
Her relationship with her mother began to change.

She found herself more able to let go, to accept her mother as she was and simply love her without needing the past to have been different.

Something also shifted with her husband and daughter.
She began giving herself more permission to exist for herself, rather than constantly adapting to those around her.

And she noticed something unexpected.

As she gave herself more space, sharing with the people she loved actually became easier.
Taking her own place did not distance her from them.
It allowed her to be with them differently.

Do you feel lonely even when surrounded by loved ones?

Do you have the feeling that there is not much space for you in your own life?

Through the Cracks, Life Came Back In

• Through the Cracks, Life Came Back In

Through the Cracks, Life Came Back In

Through the Cracks, Life Came Back In

He had been taking antidepressants for quite some time.
At first, he was rather grateful for them.

He described the feeling almost like being inside a cave. A protective cave, where the sounds from the outside world were softened, where everything reached him with less intensity.

For a while, he needed that cave.

Then one day, he began to notice cracks in its walls.
Light was coming through.
And through those cracks, he started to sense that there was something deeper underneath, something that perhaps needed to be looked at.

Around that time, he heard about my work and came to see me.
His story unfolded little by little, over the course of our sessions.

He was the eldest child in his family.
When he was still very young, his father became seriously ill. His mother was already carrying a great deal, caring for his younger siblings and other members of the family.
And so, although he was only a child, he took on an important part of caring for his father throughout his illness.

He was the little boy.
And yet, because he was the eldest, he also had to be the grown-up.

His father eventually died from his illness.
He was still a child.

There was no real space for him to grieve.
Life had to continue. He had to continue helping. He understood very early that the needs of the family came before his own wishes, and that he had responsibilities towards those around him.

His adult life was rather chaotic at times, and his health was fragile.
For a long time, alcohol was one of the ways he found to keep himself going and to escape from what he was carrying.
Later came the antidepressants.

At some point, he realised that something had to change. He began a process to free himself from alcohol and, through that journey, started working more deeply on himself.
There were still difficult periods and relapses along the way.

And as soon as he could, he had also put physical distance between himself and his family.
Perhaps distance was another way of surviving.
Yet the love remained, particularly the deep attachment he felt towards his mother.
His mum died when he was an adult.

During our first session, he told me that he was suffering from a serious illness, one from which many people do not recover.

His hope moved back and forth.
Some days he believed things could be all right.
Other days, he didn’t.

As our sessions continued, another part of the story appeared.

The illness he was facing was the same illness his mother had died from.

And then there was something else.

Over time, by observing his own symptoms, comparing them with what his father had experienced and looking more deeply into it, he had become convinced that he was also carrying the same illness his father had suffered from, although it had never been clearly diagnosed as such in him.

His father had died from it.
He was still alive.

Little by little, something began to make sense to him.
He had spent his childhood taking care of his father.
He had grown up carrying responsibilities that were far too heavy for a child.
He had learned very early that loving his family meant caring, helping, sacrificing, enduring.
And somewhere, deep inside himself, another way of honouring his parents seemed to have taken shape:

carrying their illnesses too.

When he finally saw this clearly, something shifted.

He said:

“But I don’t need to carry their illness to honour them.”

There was no miracle promised in that sentence.
I make no promises about the outcome of his illnesses. That has never been the purpose of my work.

What happened afterwards was something different.

I began to see life returning to him.
There was more energy.
He started going out again.
He contacted people.
He became interested in things again.
He began reconnecting with life.

And perhaps this is one of the deepest changes we can witness.

We cannot always choose what happens to our body or what life will bring.
But sometimes we can discover what we have been carrying in the name of love.
And realise that we may no longer need to carry it in order to love.

The cracks had appeared in the cave.
And through them, little by little, life was finding its way back in.

Do you struggling with overwhelming sadness or illness?

Is your body overloaded with pain and mental suffering? Perhaps your body tries to tell you something that you don’t realise yet?

I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey to discover it.

When Financial Security Becomes a Family Loyalty, Muriel Laradi

• When Financial Security Becomes a Family Loyalty

When Financial Security Becomes a Family Loyalty, Muriel Laradi

When Financial Security Becomes a Family Loyalty

He came to see me because he wanted to change his professional life.

He was still employed, but for some time, something had been calling him in another direction. He wanted to become self-employed, working in a profession where he could support others.

He wanted it.
And yet, when it came to actually taking the step, something was holding him back.

Leaving his job also meant leaving a certain kind of security. And that security had an important place in his family history.

Both his mother and father had been civil servants. He had grown up with the idea of a stable job, a guaranteed salary, a certain financial security.

He was aware of that.
What he didn’t yet know was that another story existed behind this one.

During our work together, we went back through his father’s lineage to his grandfather.
He had been self-employed.
And he had gone bankrupt.

Then, as our sessions continued, a similar story emerged on his mother’s side: another grandfather who had also experienced the failure of a self-employed business.

On both sides of his family, becoming self-employed had therefore been associated with a painful experience of loss and insecurity.

In my work, when family memories like these emerge, there is always a healing process. It involves honouring the people in the lineage — in this case, his two grandfathers — acknowledging what they went through, and symbolically asking for their support and blessing in moving forward.

During this process, he was able to honour his grandfathers, to recognise the difficulties and suffering they had experienced, as well as the responsibilities and choices that had followed.

He was also able to express his gratitude to his parents for the security they had given him.

And from that place, he asked for the blessing of his parents and both grandfathers as he stepped onto his own path of independence.

This inner gesture allowed the family memory to be transformed within him, brought back into his awareness, and the energy of his family history to become a source of support rather than something holding him back.

It was within this feeling of being blessed that his own choice could become more deeply rooted.

He wanted to do precisely what both of his grandfathers had attempted before him: leave the security of employment and build his own business.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that our choices are entirely determined by the history of our ancestors.
But sometimes, what we call our fear also carries something older.

A family experience can continue to resonate long after those who lived it are gone.
And when we are about to take a path strangely similar to one in which a member of our family suffered or failed, moving forward can become very difficult.
Even when, rationally, we know what we want.

We worked together for about a year.
The sessions were usually spaced four to six weeks apart, sometimes longer.
That space between sessions was important.
It gave him time to let the work integrate, to notice what was changing in his life, and also to see what would emerge next.
Because when one layer shifts, another can become visible.

Over the course of that year, we worked on different aspects: his confidence in himself, the value he placed on what he could offer others, his ability to feel legitimate in this new profession, and the obstacles that appeared as he moved forward.

Then one day, the doorbell rang. It was time for his session.
I knew it was him.
And as I walked towards the door to let him in, a very clear thought came to me:
Today is our last session.
I had no rational reason to think this.
I simply knew.

He came in and we had the session as usual.
At the end, I said to him:

“I think this is the last time we’re going to meet.”

He looked at me.
Then he replied:

“Actually, I wanted to tell you that, for me too, this was going to be our last session.”

We smiled.
After about a year of working together, we had both, independently, arrived at the same knowing.
He didn’t need me to tell him that he was ready.
He knew it himself.

And something in that mutual recognition seemed to seal the journey we had travelled together.

The purpose is not to remain attached to the person who accompanies us, but to feel, one day, that we can continue on our own, with everything that has been experienced, integrated and transformed.

Sometimes, what we call fear is simply a memory that has not yet found its place.

And when it settles, there isn’t necessarily a clear answer left behind.
Rather, there is space.
A space where we can finally choose without struggling against a story that is no longer ours.

And perhaps the real question, at that point, becomes simpler, more intimate:

Can I write the next chapter in a way that is truly my own?

Do you know what you would like to change in your life, but feel that something is holding you back?

I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey to discover it.

When Grief Opens the Door to Healing

• When Grief Opens the Door to Healing

When Grief Opens the Door to Healing

When Grief Opens the Door to Healing

She came to see me because of a disabling illness.

More than anything, she wanted to understand what her body was trying to tell her.

During our first session, we focused on calming her anxious mind. As we worked together, she began to see connections between her past experiences, the choices she had made throughout her life, and the state of her health.

Over the following weeks, her energy gradually improved. She felt lighter and more hopeful.

Then the anxiety returned.
When she came back, she was carrying not only physical pain but also a deep sadness.

Someone she loved dearly had died only a few months before our first meeting.
She realised that although she believed she had moved beyond her grief, she had never truly allowed herself to feel it.

That day, I guided her through an inner journey.

During this meditation, she met several Spiritual Beings who are deeply meaningful to her, including Our Lady.
They reminded her how precious she is. How deeply she is loved.

When she came back, she simply said,

“I will return to this place again. It gave me so much.”

We then moved into the healing part of the session.

As I prepared to begin, I felt I would simply become the channel for another Healer.
Immediately, I sensed a powerful Presence.
Every hair on my body stood on end.
My heart felt as though it had expanded beyond my chest.
I had the clear inner sense that it was the loved one who had passed away a few months earlier.
At the same time, another thought arose within me:

“I was meant to be present during her inner journey, but you didn’t realise it. So I am here now.”

It made me smile.
I decided I would tell my client later.

When I told her that a healing was about to begin and that Someone was already present, she immediately knew who I meant.
Without hesitation, she opened herself completely.

My hands simply followed the movements I was guided to make.
When the healing came to its natural end, we remained quietly present.
The Presence was still there.
A silent communication unfolded between them.

As she spoke afterwards, something had changed.
She felt more open.

She understood that the loved one whose Presence she had experienced during the healing would continue to accompany her — offering healing, guidance and teaching along her path.

Her grief had not disappeared.
Grief is not something we “finish.”
But she had stopped resisting it.

She had begun to welcome both her sadness and her hope.

She also saw her illness differently.

Not simply as something to fight against, but as an initiation — a path of profound transformation on which she no longer felt alone.

Everything she shared resonated deeply with what I had experienced during the session.
I could feel that she had gained something precious.

More trust.
More inner strength.
More peace.

Our work together continues.
Because healing is rarely a single moment.

It is a path that unfolds, one step at a time.

Every healing journey is unique. This story describes one client’s personal experience and reflects her own spiritual beliefs and mine. It is not intended as proof of a particular spiritual reality, but as an authentic account of a meaningful healing experience.

Kinesiology session with a cat - What My Client's Cat Taught Me

• The Day a Cat Gave His Guardian Her Life Back

Kinesiology session with a cat - What My Client's Cat Taught Me

Kinesiology session with a cat

The Day a Cat Gave His Guardian Her Life Back

Several years ago, a woman contacted me with an unusual question.

“Do you work with animals?”
“Yes,” I replied, “but probably not in the way you’re imagining.”

I explained that when I work with a domestic animal, I usually work through their guardian. In other words, the session is carried out on the person rather than directly on the animal.

She looked surprised but agreed.

Over the years, I have often observed that animals are deeply empathetic.
Sometimes they seem to carry what the people they love are unable to express or even acknowledge themselves.

She began telling me about her six-year-old cat.

“He seems to be in pain whenever he jumps. He hardly goes outside anymore, and when he does, it’s only for a few minutes. He has always loved being outdoors, but now he just looks… sad. Almost as if he has lost his joy for life.”

The session began.

As we worked, emotions started to surface and gradually led us back several months in her life.

I noticed something changing in her expression.
I had the feeling she was beginning to connect some dots.
I said nothing.

Then something unexpected happened.

Her cat jumped onto the treatment table and gently settled on her abdomen.
She looked down at him.
I saw the colour rise in her face.
Then she began to cry.
Between her tears, she told me what had happened.

A few months earlier, after separating from her partner, she had discovered she was pregnant.
Because of serious medical reasons, she had needed to terminate the pregnancy.

Since then, she had withdrawn from life.

She rarely went out.
She hardly saw anyone.

She had been living with a constant pain in her abdomen.
The kind of pain that remains when grief has never truly been welcomed.

As she spoke, everything suddenly made sense to her.
She felt that somehow, her cat had been expressing in his own body what she had never allowed herself to fully feel.

She cried for a long time.
I simply stayed with her.

Then, very gently, her cat left her abdomen and climbed onto her chest.
He looked straight into her eyes.
And he began to purr.

There are moments during a session when nothing needs to be said.
This was one of them.

When the session ended, the cat jumped down from the table.
Easily.
Without any hesitation.

She looked at him in disbelief, then burst out laughing through her tears.

He walked to the garden door, turned around and looked at her.
It almost felt as though he was saying,

“So… are you coming?”

At the end of every session, I always test whether there is anything the person can do to help anchor the work.

Her “homework” was beautifully simple:

To accept her cat’s invitations.
To go outside.
To reconnect with life, little by little.

I saw her again a few months later.
This time, the work was about grieving both the relationship she had lost and the baby who had never been born.

About a year later, I met her by chance.

She smiled as she told me she had met someone new.
They were living together.
And…
She was expecting a baby.

I don’t claim to have all the answers.

I simply know that life often finds extraordinary ways to guide us back towards ourselves.
Sometimes those guides have four paws.
Sometimes they purr.
And sometimes they gently carry what we cannot carry ourselves… until we are finally ready to do so.

Life is deeply loving.
It uses many different paths to begin flowing through us once again.

Does your pet seem to be suffering, even though there are no signs of illness?

Over the years, I have often observed that animals can reflect what the people they love are going through.

If you feel there may be a deeper emotional connection, I would be honoured to accompany you in exploring it. Sometimes, helping your animal begins with helping yourself.
