Simple & Powerful Path to Healing

When Simplicity Becomes the Most Powerful Path to Healing

There was a time when I believed that the more techniques I used, the more effective a session would be.
Over the years, my clients have taught me something very different.

Sometimes, the deepest healing begins with something surprisingly simple.

Recently, someone came to see me carrying years of emotional tension. Like many people, they had tried many different approaches. They had read, reflected, and worked hard on themselves. Yet something still felt stuck.
As I listened to their body through kinesiology, it became clear that it wasn’t asking for another complex process.
It was asking for one simple intervention.

Nothing spectacular.
Nothing complicated.
Just the right support, at the right moment.

The shift was immediate.
Not because I had “done more”, but because the body finally received exactly what it was ready for.

This is something I have witnessed again and again over the past 25 years.
Our minds often believe that healing has to be difficult to be valuable.
We think that if we struggle enough, analyse enough or spend enough time searching, we will eventually find the answer.

But the body doesn’t work that way.
The body is constantly seeking balance.

When we listen deeply enough, it often shows us the simplest path towards that balance.
Simple does not mean superficial.
Simple does not mean easy.
Simple means appropriate.

It means offering exactly what the nervous system can integrate at that moment, without forcing, overwhelming or rushing the process.

This is why no two sessions are ever the same.
Each person arrives with a unique story.
Each body communicates differently.
And each healing journey unfolds at its own pace.

My role in healing process

My role is not to apply the same protocol to everyone.

  • It is to listen.
  • To observe.
  • To follow what your body is ready to release.

Sometimes that involves emotional work.
Sometimes ancestral patterns.
Sometimes beliefs that no longer serve you.
And sometimes…

The most profound transformation begins with one small step.
One conversation.
One insight.
One gentle correction that allows everything else to reorganise naturally.

After more than twenty-five years of practice, I have learned to trust this simplicity.
Because again and again, it is where I have witnessed the most lasting change.

If you feel that you’ve been trying hard but nothing truly shifts, perhaps your body isn’t asking for more effort.
Perhaps it is asking for the right support.

DO YOU ASK YOURSELF…

  • Why do I still feel stuck after trying many healing methods?
  • How do I know if my body needs rest instead of more effort?
  • What is kinesiology and how can it help me?

I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey.
I offer in-person sessions in West Cork, Ireland, and online sessions worldwide.

Changes After an Energy Healing

Healing Session Doesn’t Always End When You Leave

Changes After an Energy Healing

Changes After an Energy Healing

Why Your Healing Session Doesn’t Always End When You Leave

Many people expect healing to happen only during the session itself.
But in my experience, something much deeper often begins once the session has finished.

Whether we work in person or online, I regularly see the same phenomenon: the body continues integrating the work long after the appointment has ended.

Sometimes for a few hours.
Sometimes for several days.
Occasionally, for several weeks.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that “more is happening.” It simply means your system is continuing to process what it has become ready to release.

Every body has its own rhythm :

One of the things I have learned over more than twenty-five years of practice is that healing cannot be forced.
Your body knows the pace that is right for you.

During a session, we don’t try to make change happen.

We simply listen carefully to what your body is ready to address today.
Sometimes that allows us to work deeply for more than an hour.

Other times, after only thirty minutes, muscle testing indicates that the work is complete for that day.

Years ago, I might have continued…
Today, I trust what the body tells us.

Often, those shorter sessions turn out to be the most powerful.

What you may experience afterwards.

Each person is unique, but clients sometimes notice:

  • a deep sense of calm
  • unusual tiredness
  • better sleep
  • vivid dreams
  • emotional release
  • old memories resurfacing
  • greater clarity
  • physical sensations shifting
  • feeling lighter or more grounded…

These experiences are not goals in themselves.
Some people notice many changes.
Others notice almost nothing at first.
Neither response is better than the other.

Healing doesn’t always feel dramatic.
Sometimes the deepest transformations happen quietly.

Why integration matters :

Imagine planting a seed.
You wouldn’t dig it up every day to check whether it is growing.

Healing works in much the same way.

A session opens a process.

Then your nervous system, your body and your emotional world need time to reorganise around this new balance.

This period of integration is an essential part of the work.

Trusting the intelligence of the body :

One of the greatest lessons my clients have taught me is this:
The body carries a wisdom far greater than our desire to control the process.

My role isn’t to force healing.

It is to create a safe space where your body can remember its own capacity to heal, release and rebalance.

Sometimes the most profound work happens after you walk out of the room.
And that is perfectly okay.

A gentle invitation :

If you’ve been feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or if you sense that your body is trying to tell you something, perhaps it is time to listen differently.

Whether we meet in person in West Cork, Ireland, or online from anywhere in the world, I would be honoured to accompany you on that journey.

Couching for relations and family

When Setting a Boundary Heals a Relationship

Couching for relations and family

When Setting a Boundary Heals a Relationship

Sometimes, it creates a more peace.

There is a belief many of us carry without even realising it.

If I say no… I will hurt someone.
If I express what I really need… I may lose their love.

So we stay silent. We adapt. We say yes when our whole body is asking for no.

For a while, this may seem to preserve harmony.
But over time, something else begins to grow :
Resentment. Exhaustion. Distance.

And eventually, the relationship suffers anyway.

I remember a client who once told me:
“In my family, the same relationship struggles seem to repeat themselves from one generation to the next.”

She had grown up surrounded by conflicts that never truly healed. Family members stopped speaking to one another for years. Disagreements became permanent separations.
She desperately wanted a different story.

During our sessions, we didn’t focus on the people around her.
We focused on what was happening inside her.

Little by little, deeper layers emerged.
An almost automatic sense of responsibility for everyone else’s wellbeing.

The belief that keeping the peace was her job.
The fear that disappointing someone meant risking the relationship itself.

These weren’t conscious decisions.
They had become part of the way her nervous system had learned to keep her safe.

When the body carries this kind of imprint, saying “no” can feel far more threatening than it appears from the outside.

A few weeks later, she came back smiling.
“I finally had the conversation.”

She had spoken honestly.
Without anger. Without blame. Without guilt.
She simply expressed what she needed.

To her surprise, the other person listened.
Nothing became magically perfect. Relationships rarely work that way.
But something fundamental had changed.

For the first time, she had respected herself without attacking the other person.
For the first time, she experienced that a boundary is not a wall.

It is a clear line that allows two people to meet with more honesty.

This is something I often witness during the healing process : many people believe that healing is about feeling calmer or having fewer symptoms.

Of course, these changes matter.

But often the deepest transformation appears somewhere else.

In conversations.
In choices.
In the ability to remain connected without abandoning ourselves.

Because healthy boundaries are rarely about pushing people away.
They are about allowing relationships to exist without constantly sacrificing who we are.

And sometimes, when one person changes the way they relate, an old family pattern quietly begins to lose its power.

Not through confrontation.
Not through forcing anyone else to change.

But because one person has finally stopped carrying a role that never truly belonged to them.
Real healing often begins there.

One clear conversation.
One boundary.
One different choice.

And sometimes, that is enough to change the story for the generations that follow.

Muriel Laradi holistic healing therapy

No single practitioner can do everything.

No one should have to walk their path alone.

Sometimes, during a session, I realise that my client would benefit from support from another professional as well.

It might be a psychologist, a doctor, a naturopath.
Or another practitioner.

I could pretend that one approach can address everything.
But that would neither be honest nor helpful.

Over more than 25 years of practice, I have learned that some of the deepest transformations happen when different approaches work together.

Each professional brings their own perspective, skills and tools.

My role is not to have all the answers.
My role is to accompany the person sitting in front of me as fully as I can, and sometimes that includes suggesting additional support.

This is not a limitation.
I see it as part of caring well for the person.

No single practitioner can do everything.

And no one should have to walk their path alone.

Power of vowels "A" sound to open space inside

Power of vowels “A” sound to open space inside

Power of vowels "A" sound to open space inside

Power of vowels “A” sound to open space inside

Today, I’d like to share something simple.

In my work, I use sound in many forms — including vowels — to support release in the body.

From a very early age, we are taught to hold back instead of expressing.
To silence what we feel to remain loved.

Over time, the throat — our center of expression — tightens.
The voice holds. Breaks. Disappears.

The sound “A” opens space inside.

Where “A” expands,
“O” gathers.

Where “A” lets things out,
“O” brings us back in.

Here is a simple practice.

  • Take a few slow breaths.
  • Then sound the letter A (the A for Ah, or for A-pple) on the exhale.
  • Let it vibrate. No forcing.
  • Repeat as many times as feels right.
  • Play with the sound. Observe.

The sound “A”, which opens and releases.

It helps release what has been held and brings movement back where things feel stuck.

I use this in my kinesiology sessions, as part of a deeper release process.
And in my own life, when tension builds, this simple sound helps me relax very quickly.

Sometimes, this is enough.
Sometimes, it reveals something deeper.

Power of vowels - Sound to return to yourself "O"

Power of vowels - Sound to return to yourself "O"

Power of vowels – “O” sound to return to yourself

Today, I’d like to share the sound O.

In my work, I use sound — including vowels — to support the body in releasing and integrating what is held within.

After the sound “A”, which opens and releases, the sound “O” takes us somewhere very different.

Where “A” expands,
“O” gathers.

Where “A” lets things out,
“O” brings us back in.

  • The sound “O” is round and contained.
  • It slows the breath and invites the body to settle.
  • It resonates more deeply in the body — particularly in the belly, the pelvis, and the emotional center.
  • Rather than releasing immediately, it helps us feel what is already there.
  • The sound “O” does not push anything out. It allows you to stay with what is there.

To stay.
To feel.
To connect.

This sound supports:

  • grounding
  • emotional awareness
  • inner stability

A SIMPLE PRACTICE YOU CAN TRY :

  • Take a few slow, conscious breaths.
  • Then sound the letter O on the exhale.
  • Let the sound be round and continuous.
  • Repeat 5–10 times or as much as you feel.
  • Let the vibration drop into your body.
  • Notice what you feel.
  • No forcing. Just presence.

The sound O is a sound of return.

It brings you back to yourself, to what is alive inside — even if it is subtle.

In my own experience, this sound helps me slow down, ground, and reconnect to a deeper inner space.
I often play with different tones and notice how they shift in my body.

Kinesiology Muriel Laradi articles

Where everything has started

For me, the essence of Life is Love and Joy.

And for you? What is the essence of life? Tell me in the comments.

A baby who comes into the world is already influenced by the emotional environment of their parents, especially their mother, during pregnancy. We are not blank pages.

Life then unfolds through experiences that shape us. At times, when something feels overwhelming, we cope by closing down emotionally. Years later, a new situation — sometimes less intense, but similar — can unexpectedly reactivate those earlier emotions. We may not understand why we react so strongly. But the body remembers what the mind has tried to move past.

Through intuitive kinesiology, we gently trace back to the original imprint. Sometimes there are several layers. Sometimes patterns come from family history or long-held emotional memory. These experiences can affect both the physical body and our overall energy.

My role is to help you bring awareness to what happened, and to meet those parts of yourself with clarity and compassion. When this integration happens, clients often notice physical discomfort easing, and a deeper sense of calm and inner space emerging — sometimes immediately, sometimes progressively.

This work is my passion.
I mainly support sensitive and determined women who truly want to reconcile with themselves.

In 25 years of practice, I have seen that lasting change requires more than one session. This is why I now work in 3- or 6-session pathways — to create real stabilisation and depth.

Diane Bellego – 9-year cycle

Diane Bellego

Diane Bellego – 9-year cycle

Hello lovelies,

I’m very happy to start my blog with a protocol written by Diane Bellego, an amazing French Tantra teacher suniralavie.com.

As we reach the end of 2025, unless you’ve been deaf to the collective energy, you’ve probably heard that we are closing a 9-year cycle. On January 1st, we step into a new one.

This moment is an invitation to look at what we have seeded and grown during this cycle—what we have learned, loved, what we are leaving behind for compost and transformation, and what we choose to carry with us as we enter the new cycle.

I love Diane’s meaningful questions. Here they are.

In this 9-year cycle that comes to completion in December 2025:

1 • What have you given the most energy and time to?
Whatever the circumstances, thank you for honoring it and celebrating it.

2 • What (or whom) have you given the most love to?
Whatever the circumstances, thank you for acknowledging it and feeling it.
In this moment as you read these words, allow yourself to receive all that love.

3 • If they are not the same: what is the original belief that justifies giving so much energy and time to something that is not what you love the most?
Once named, ask Life, the Guides, and your own sovereignty to help transform this limiting belief into a positive dynamic.

If they are the same: congratulations — you are giving yourself to your passion, you are living in coherence, and synchronicity is guiding your steps.
Place a hand on your heart, acknowledge it, and honor the challenges you have walked through. Thank yourself.

4 • What treasure does your soul now reveal or acquire once this positive dynamic is recognized and embraced?

5 • What brought you the most joy?
Send a powerful wave of gratitude to it and acknowledge it fully.

6 • If what brought you the most joy is not what— or whom— you gave the most love to, and vice-versa, what does this reveal to you?
Once named, ask Life, the Guides, and your own sovereignty to help transform this awareness into positive responsibility.
For example: “In the unity of my divine presence and my personality (known as Diane B…), I commit in 2026 to…”

If what brought you the most joy is what— or whom— you gave the most love to, what is it time to recognize in yourself and in Life?
Send a powerful wave of gratitude to it and acknowledge it fully.

7 • What have you judged the most in yourself — and undoubtedly in others?
Could this be what distances you from the previous understanding?
Embrace this aspect with all your heart, give it as much love as possible, and release your heart from its origin.

8 • What have you accomplished that you are the most proud of?
Could it be related to the union of questions 1 + 2?
As you read these words, honor yourself and receive the love and tribute of your family of light.

9 • For which aspect of yourself — one you are now taking responsibility for and loving — do you ask for the support and guidance of your family of light?

10 • For which project will you ignite passion and offer your love united with your energy in this new cycle?

So hold this 9-year cycle in your arms, rejecting nothing. Recognize how much your consciousness has expanded, how your heart has softened, and thank yourself at the center of your Life. Thank Life. Thank these last 9 years with all your Heart.

Remember: do not be ashamed to feel joy while everything around you may seem tense or darkening.
Joy is our responsibility and our spiritual safeguard.

May joy, peace, and the awareness of unity bathe your Heart.

Feel free to share in the comments which question was the most meaningful for you, and how you feel after completing this reflection.

I wish you a beautiful month of December.

May you find a little time to slow down and care for yourself before the year ends, so you don’t step into the new cycle already exhausted or overwhelmed.

Muriel – Alchemia
