THE PATH OF LOVE

"I understood that by finding the path of Love, I was contributing to the betterness of the world, of the Universe. Since then, I have consciously entered the Service of Life."

I have always been interested in the path of well-being leading to personal and spiritual development, I have nurtured my soul in many sources.

From African culture to Catholic religion, Buddhist, Hindu meditation, from sophrology to dancing in all its forms to psychoanalysis, shamanism, kinesiology, qi-gong, yoga, coaching, family constellations, myths and tales (...) I am passionate about everything that animates the Human and the Human.

MY JOURNEY

I lived in Cameroon, in Bordeaux, in Paris, again in Bordeaux and finally in Cork, Ireland. This is the Call of Life and My Heart.

I met Kinesiology 24 years ago. It makes sense in my personal research, strengthens my sense of empathy and my benevolent listening, introduces me to energy.

I learn Reiki (a technique of power transmission through the imposition of hands) by passing the first 3 degrees of Reiki Usui and the first 2 degrees of Reiki Karuna. Reiki teaches me how to channel energy and transmit it.
"If this person is healed, it's not because of me, if he doesn't heal, it's not because of me."

Then I leave Reiki for free, open and directly connected energy care.

Coaching then imposes itself on me to deepen my skills and my accompaniment.

Then comes the dynamic Sophrology that brings me coherence in my journey by deepening self-listening, the energetic aspect in which I already bathe and reconciliation with my body.

Twenty-two years ago, I've developed a concept of psycho-energetic and body work with brain balancing movements and creative visualization. These are the beginnings of the internships that I am proposing today.

I practice the Presence in a training that lasts two years. I experiment with the different arts that make it possible to live the Presence and I learn to pass it on.

I then create the "Energy and Restoration" courses, the foundation of which is the consciousness of the Present Instant allowing the presence to be given to oneself and the opening of the heart. I use all kinds of media to deepen the experience of the Presence in oneself: dance, sounds, various walks, drawings, sophrology, etc. These courses are held in France and South-West Ireland.
